•Effective visualisation to increase performance:
•You must be relaxed. Mindfulness. Exclude distractions.
•Clear, realistic pictures in the mind
•More than one complete rehearsal of the event
•A feeling of experiencing, seeing colours, hearing sounds, feeling the movement.
•Seeing a successful performance. Never visualise failure.
•Practice the process
•Visualise from inside out – feel yourself performing
•Visualise from outside in – as if watching TV.
